While we strive to provide accurate document rendering, merging, and OCR text extraction, we do not guarantee the absolute accuracy or perfection of the results. The application modifies file systems and documents; we highly recommend keeping backups of your original, critical PDF files before processing them. We are not responsible for any data loss, file corruption, or inaccurate OCR extractions.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We provide no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, safety, or functionality of the app. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements or that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
In no event shall Dip Web Dev be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
