Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Shake Flashlight Pro mobile application (the "Service") operated by Dip Web Dev ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
Shake Flashlight Pro is provided as a utility application to operate your device's camera flash and screen for lighting purposes. You agree to use the application only for its intended purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.
The Service utilizes the camera flash (LED) of your device. Prolonged use of the flashlight may cause your device to overheat and can drain the battery quickly. The SOS feature produces rapidly flashing lights, which may cause discomfort or trigger seizures for individuals with photosensitive epilepsy. Use the Service responsibly and at your own risk.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We provide no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, safety, or functionality of the app. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements or that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
In no event shall Dip Web Dev be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
